Using the site
The content is general information about customer service and my work. I keep it accurate and up to date, but it can change without notice and it is not professional advice for your specific situation. Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, or copy it in bulk.
Intellectual property
© 2026 Kozdrach. All rights reserved. The texts, photos, videos, logo and the Biurko software belong to me or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or sell them without my written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back to the source is fine.
Biurko subscriptions
- Price: $39/mo or $150/yr. VAT is shown at checkout when applicable.
- Start for free: no card for 14 days.
- Buy checkout: you pay by card at Stripe when you subscribe.
- After 14 free days, on day 15 the subscription continues at $39/month (or $150/year) unless you cancelled before then.
- Cancel anytime, in Biurko (when available) or by emailing info@kozdrach.com.
Liability
I provide the site and Biurko with care, but as they are, without guarantees that they are always available or free of errors. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit or lost data. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for Biurko in the 12 months before the damage occurred. None of this limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the district of Noord-Holland (Haarlem), unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to another court.
